Your Position: Home - Packaging & Printing - Greeting Card Printing

Again, pretty much what I wrote last year: The product is EXCELLENT. Zero complaints or qualifications about that. I received rave reviews from everyone who bought and received them. Also, the service was quick, and the cards carefully packaged. On the other hand, my one complaint, but a BIG one: Like last year, the website/ordering experience has continued to be an exercise in pure dysfunction and frustration, like hitting my head against a wall. None of my feedback from last year was taken into account, and I ran into exactly the same problems this year. Like last year, I had to get on the phone and email multiple times with agents to try to sort things out. (The agents were nice, but of limited help.) Specific examples: Like last year, when I tried to enter a current promo code ($30 off orders of over $100) for my ENTIRE order (which was comprised of two different kinds of cards), there was no place to enter the code at the end to apply it to the entire order. There were only boxes to enter it earlier, next to each listing of each of the individual card types; but since neither individual card order came to over $100, the website wouldn't accept the code there. After at least 20 minutes on the phone, with the agent trying to find a way around that, he finally told me -- just like last year -- to just mention the promo code in a note and hope it got noticed and applied later. Also: Last year I was given two discount codes, each for $25 off -- one for my feedback; one for a mix-up on one order quantity. I was grateful for those. They had no expiration dates, so I was looking forward to using those discount codes this year. BUT ... On the website there was no place to enter those codes. They weren't accepted in the boxes by the card listings. On the phone the agent told me to go to "gift cards" under my account. There was nothing listed there. He manually entered a $25 "gift card" for me, which I was grateful for ... BUT ... Why wasn't I able to enter the two discount codes I was given last year? I didn't ask for those codes. I was given them by the company, but then given no place to use them. I provided both codes multiple times this year -- in my note with the order, and then in two different emails -- asking they both be applied to this order. I received NO acknowledgment of that. I was only ever told "the $25 gift card was applied" (i.e. the one the agent had entered after I could find no place on the website to enter the codes I was given). I never did get the other $25 applied to my order. I never received any response whatsoever to my bringing the whole issue up of not being able to use last year's codes. (Frankly, I got the feeling the agent emailing me back didn't actually read my emails carefully because, regarding the "$30 off orders over $100" promo, she just said, "The place to enter the promo code is by the individual cards." I had to reply: "I know that. I've already explained that it won't accept it there because neither individual order came to over $100.") So, summary: Excellent product and service; terrible website/ordering experience.
